Standard Room Features

Rates at Kimberly Assisted Living Home vary, dependent upon size of rooms and services required. The base rate for a typical, single, private room and bath includes:

Furnishings: Residents are responsible for their own personal furnishings, from bed, dresser, and nightstand, to window coverings and wall decor’. Towels, Linens, Soap, and Toilet tissue are provided, as well as an Emergency Call button. Double occupancy rooms available.

Meals: Three nutritious, balanced meals daily, plus snacks.

Standard Room Features

Other: Cable TV service is included in basic fee; telephone jack; daily laundering of personal clothing; daily house keeping.

All residents receive 24-hour watchful oversight, and basic assistance with dressing, bathing, and grooming, as needed. All programs (exercise, crafts, etc.) are included in the basic rate.
